We provide quick and reliable delivery services across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery timeframes

  • Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah: Orders are typically delivered within 1–2 hours after confirmation.
  • All other UAE Emirates: Orders are delivered within up to 12 hours, depending on location and availability.

Delivery services operate daily, subject to order confirmation and stock availability.

Delivery charges

  • Free delivery: On all orders above AED 450
  • Standard delivery fee: AED 30 for orders below AED 450

Return policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we offer a return option under the conditions outlined below.

Return eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

Non-returnable items

Refund policy

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not guaranteed. If you need a different product, the original item must qualify for return. Once approved, you may place a new order separately.
